A Taste of Carnaval: Love Is…A Full Plate

Join the Hospitality and Tourism Management Department for this year’s A Taste of Carnaval: Love Is…A Full Plate dinner, book signing and silent auction to benefit End Hunger Connecticut! This year’s event will feature George Mendes, Michelin Star Chef and Owner of Aldea Restaurant in New York, NY and the author of My Portugal: Recipes and Stories.

The Cocktail Hour and Book Signing will be held in the Bartels Student Center from 5:30pm-7:00pm

The Dinner will be held in the Alumni Lounge from 7:00pm-9:00pm
