A Taste of Carnaval: Love Is…A Full Plate

loveis_3_logoJoin the Hospitality and Tourism Management Department for this year’s A Taste of Carnaval: Love Is…A Full Plate dinner, book signing and silent auction to benefit End Hunger Connecticut! This year’s event will feature George Mendes, Michelin Star Chef and Owner of Aldea Restaurant in New York, NY and the author of My Portugal: Recipes and Stories.

February 5th 2016: The Cocktail Hour and Book Signing will be held in the Bartels Student Center from 5:30pm-7:00pm. The Dinner will be held in the Alumni Lounge from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

End Hunger Connecticut! focuses on food assistance programs with the intention of decreasing food insecurity and hunger among families within the state of Connecticut.
