Today, April 18th, 2017, The Hazell Nut Cafe is celebrating 10 years of service to the University of New Haven community. The Café, which is completely student-run by the Hospitality program’s Food Service Management class, was established in 2007 by UNH alumnus Jeffery Hazell as on-site ‘lab’ and training facility where students could find out first-hand what it takes to run a business. The Café also offers a variety of freshly baked goods, gourmet pizzas, salads and sandwiches, and of course, coffee!
For its 10 year anniversary, The Hazell Nut Cafe is offering amazing specials and freebie’s throughout the day to help celebrate, including free Chef Randi Molten Lava cookies for every purchase.
We would like to thank the UNH community for its continued support of the Hazell Nut Cafe, as well as the students in our program!
